The crucial conversation at least once a week is with my son; he is 13 years old. And I find reading this book 'Crucial Conversation' is excellent to get the relationship back on track.
The best at dialogue, speak his mind entirely and do it in a way that makes it safe for others to hear what he has to say and respond to it. We are both frank and completely respectful.
So what is the recipe for Delicious fresh dialogue?
