Collaborative work: Group Me (EDLD 4315):Dawns, Lauren, veronica.
(ADL Lamar Group):Leticia Cortez, SaraGarza, Ashley Brande
I believe that I deserve this grade because I ‘v been able to attend all the Zoom meetings on time. I also completed all the discussion forms and submitted all of my assignments before the deadline, collaborated with my friends on GroupMe chat by sharing feedback, giving feedforward, and providing them suggestions and answering their questions.
I believe that having another set of eyes to look at your works is better to detect any flaws. The other reason, I follow the given prompts for the required assignments. I also use the given materials in each module as references for my written work, such as assigned books reading, or videos plus following the APA citation guidelines and submitting the work in the required format. As for the discussion posts to answer the giving questions prompts and share with friends every Thursday. I try to check the Lamar email every day!
I can't believe I am in the last two courses of my program;5315(Asses Digital Learning) and 5320(Synthesis Digital learner Leader). It is counting down the days, and I will be a graduate student in Digital learning and leading at Lamar University.
This ADL program taught me a different approach; If I compare my first day to my last day; in this program, I will notice how much massive information I've learned. I will also see how much I've changed for the better; in reading, writing, critical thinking, problem-solving, different learning methods, and different leading ways. In the ADL program, I Self-directed Learning; I learned how to implement a blended learning strategy and I learned how to build a COVA +CSLE to have a significant learning environment with Choice, ownership, and voice. I learned how to start with Why, How and What to have a (Ubd design) and a (3-column table) with A Big Hairy Audacious Goal. And having the ePortfolio gave me ownership, choice and voice by creating a significant learning environment. In addition, I learned how to be a great leader and deal with a crucial conversation significantly changes the learner's behavior and how to change personal, social, and environmental behavior to give the learner better choices. Also, I enjoyed designing a course and having my google classroom. I completed the resource course that taught me how to operate a professional learning organization. In addition to the growth mindset was the introductory course that always stood by me when I gave up. It reminds me to standup again and accept the challenge as an opportunity.I learned how to measure with qualitative or quantitative ways to have an accurate result on developing and increasing the target goal in a specific time.
I am now experiencing an online/blended course with a self-learning approach.I know how to make a cohesive presentation using digital tools that will increase engagement. Designing the ePortfolio is one of the most challenging things I've learned because you will show what you learned and what you think.I have complete responsibility for what I learned with self-choice, ownership, and voice. This Learning method naturally built inner confidence and taught me how to apply this learning to my life.
In 5315, which is about research action; this course supports all learning by making the learning more professional. This course is so helpful in making me focus on the goal that I wanted to change and also helped me think of the future result by planning research questions. I want to generate more research plans to help me reach more goals.I followed the steps by writing the outline to organize my ideas and then the literature review that details my study with reference.
I have been working on the Action research Plan lately, and I like how I cohesively organize the page with so much information. I learned how to flow the research by Planning, Doing, Developing, and reflecting.
Thanks to all the instructors who were there for help and support. This program is amazing in preparing me for work and real life and in building so much confidence in digital learning and leading journeys.
