To be honest, I was nervous at the beginning about designing a course 5318 and learning about Development Effective Professional Learning 5389. But I remember when I first started this program.

m, too. The first course was about Growth Mindset. After reading this course description of 5318 with the description of 5389, I started to feel more excited about expanding my learning knowledge. So, I tried to develop a Growth Mindset in the ADL program at Lamar University.

I was very excited about designing a course 5318 and I used a Classes (google.com

But as soon as I started, I felt very relaxed. I enjoyed it so much that I don't mind doing it again and again. It was my favorite assignment. Both courses are correlated to our three-column table; that

we started working on at the beginning of this course. We were able to write out a BHAG and a back ward design with highly effective peer feedback.

The feedback that I received from my professor, and teaching assistant allowed me to make my changes for the better and it enhanced my learning. I appreciated all the collaboration, feedback on assignments, and the amazing professors I have in the ADL program at Lamar University.

My learning community communicates through Group Me and through what's up in this course. I am proud to be a learner and I will continue my journey of learning with a growth mindset.

The other course is Development Effective Professional Learning 5389; this course has very heavy assignments and I felt like ugh! How am I going to finish this assignment, but I realized that it gave me great power and made me ready to give something new with correlation to my L

literature Review and the 4DX Plan which is a foundation for my innovation plan. It helped me to go through all of the courses that I had taken which I enjoyed, such as Creating a significant learning environment that would help me bring

about a new culture of learning. This environment needs professional effective learning and teaching that starts with why, how, and what to have a call to action, and then the outline which made me focus more on the 5 keys that need to have to be a highly effective professional development in learning and teaching. I applied these keys to my last assignment that gave me a better understanding and more confidence in how professional learning would be! It gave me the chance to “Go and show” instead of "sit and get" in addition to that, managing the time with the activity, assessment and having a balance between them made me feel like a professional learner.

Thanks for letting us have this amazing experience. In these courses.

In designing my google classroom with having a professional learning strategy in these courses. I learned so much from working with my peers, having feedback, and being feedforward.

My topic was about Implementing Blended Learning in Bilingual programs. I always focus on helping the new generation to keep connecting to their language and culture. I decided to use online blended learning because of these amazing technology tools that enhance learning anywhere at any time. Furthermore, a topic that I have in mind for writing in direct correlation with my Innovation Plan in this program. I am excited about teaching a second language by implementing blended learning.

I decided to grade myself (95), because I check my resources every Monday and attend the Zoom meeting every Monday, too. I had a discussion every Thursday. I also tried my best to submit the assignment on time. In addition to that, I collaborated with my peers on Zoom, WhatsApp, messages, and group Me.
