Expert:
The expert not only relies upon their full conceptual framework, but they are also able to enter into the framework from many different perspectives. They can sell all the pieces and understand all the connections, They are more adaptable, efficient, and effective learner and problem solver in their areas of expert.
Novice:
The Novice has minimal developed conceptional framework, they may even have some of the concepts wrong, miss the connection!
