During my 5304 course "leading and learning organization. I explored MYWHY, How and What in any organization that I need to start!I contributed to this course to provide feedback and feedForward with this Groupme Peers that lets me communicate and collaborate and helps me to answer and discuss questions. My Group members are: Sabin Mixon, Kathryn Bright, Ashley Brandes, , Nadine Noman, Guri Misra.
Continuing in the third semester at Lamar Digital Learning and Leading makes me deeply learn how to be a leader by applying the three vital behaviors to my goal and achievement. It was not easy for me to shift my thinking from being a teacher to being a leader! I tried to meet all of my course deadlines but it was very challenging to redo some assignments because I still needed to work on that shift in this course With the help of Dr. Harapnuik I reached my point through the 6 sources of influence and I felt that I completed the Idea, to feel my powerfull on the 4DX it is a deep learning into this course. With all of this learning it comes out that we don’t want to be only a leader we should work on being a differentiated leader! It was a unique type of learning.
Participating in the discussion group with Tina Coba, Meghan Nuding, Colby Clifford, Allison Keedy, Nelly Roldan, Amanda Baghael was a lot of fun especially when we talked about the crucial conversation with the family.
I discuss all the topics every Thursday with my peers! Also, I Watch resources videos every Monday, and I check my email every 24 hours. All of these make me Communicate and collaborate with my peers, share ideas or answer some questions, or even discuss the Books that we are supposed to read; it was helpful —adding up and fixing some information on my e-portfolio.
The discussion board was a joy and relaxing time for me to read others' points of view, how they were thinking, and what was in their mind; the Facebook group some of them are: Sabine mixon, colby clifford. Was also so helpful with learning more deeply about blended learning. I read most of the discussion and shared with the peers' replies.
I read all the books that helped me change my behavior and gave me many ideas to change in my organization or even change my personal life. 4 Discipline of execution book. It took me twelve days to finish reading it, and I will read it more times to understand it deeply! You can't just read this book without adding any change to your life! I also read "The Influencer "book It took me ten days to complete it. "The Crucial Conversation" book. I feel hooked with this book. It has impressive stories and you can't stop reading it. It has many solutions to your everyday life. Plus I used the given tools in the blackboard with extra effort to finish all the assignments on time. Some of the assignments were submitted even earlier than the specific time. I follow the APA citation guideline and submit the work in the required format. I used Canva in most of the assignment and tried to stay with a simple, clear colours and design.
Dr. Harapnuik is a very energetic person; he would give every student complete attention to understand and learn thoroughly.
The Zoom meeting every Tuesday at Six O'clock CRT! It was exciting to meet with the peers, discuss some topics, talk about the assignment, and be very interesting when we were with them at the break-out room chatting about the resources videos we watched before the meeting.
With the Choice, Ownership and voice through Authentic learning
I will consider my grade as a 95
